Q.

I had caesarean delivery 3 months before now 4th months is running can i use Indian commode now and can I sit down normally

A. yes can use n can sit down normally too. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables, fruit and all dairy.
