I had c section on last April. I used to get back pain(@middle) if I sleep more than 4 hours or if I sleep on my tummy for 10 mins... and becoming lean frequently

A. it is quite normal for having some back pain after cesarean section it can be because of spasm of the muscles sometimes because of compression of the nerves take temporary treatment it will be normal soon
