I had c-section on July 7..my present weight is 82 ...I have pain in my feets so intense that I'm unable to place my feet on floor and walk..I'm also facing back pain because of that I'm unable to sleep...what to know the reason why I'm facing these problems and remedy to overcome them...

A. good morning this can happen because of various deficiency is I would recommend you to make sure that you take complete rest and I would recommend you to try to take proper supplements as prescribed
