I had c section delivery on oct 2nd 2020....I gained too much weight there is fat on my waist n tummy area..my breast became sag ..what to do mam

A. Hi mom It is adviced to start with the exercise after six months of delivery when ur stitches have been healed and there is no pain in them. Then u can start with yoga. It helps to shed extra kilos from your body, makes breast firm and reduce belly fat. Now u can apply aloe Vera gel on the breast to firm it up. Also wear proper size bra to give support to ur boobs.
