I had c section delivery.after 2 months of my delivery my hair fall is heavy.how to control hair fall

Postpartum hair fall is commonly seen with Women so I would advise you to have a proper diet don’t cut out on anything specially proteins and all and then you should take Iron and omega-3 supplements they are also going to be good and along with that I would suggest you to start applying juice into your hard three times in a week you can keep it for 30 minutes and then you can wash it
