Q.
I had an episiotomy 4 months back. my perineal area is not healing. It is like a small hole in there. Slight pain and redness too. What to do?

it is important
please don't try self medication.
apply thin layer of coconut oil there which help to cure redness , swelling etc.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep that area clean.
