Q.
I had an c section and my Brest milk supply is very low and iam using iron and calcium tablets and a supplement to increase milk named galakol but still it's very low? what should I do now?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 days agoA. dear mum , more u breastfeed more is the milk supply so exclusively breastfeed baby frequent skin to skin contact look for correct latch while feeding be confident as stress affects supply balanced diet , 2-3 lt water
