i had a virginal delivery in May 2022 my baby is 3 months 25 day old and exclusively breastfeeding mom. sometimes my spinal cord and knees i feel weekness like light pain after sitting for sometime i feel pain in Spinal cord and knees...this normal ? what will I do i m taking good food

A. Hello mom it would be very much beneficial if you could get massages done it is actually highly advisable after delivery for both mother and the baby as well . Take the necessary supplements of calcium and iron if the doctor has prescribed
