Its Not only you it’s with everybody because when you feed your child you literally eat a lot because whatever you eat is mostly taken by everybody gains a lot of weight after their delivery so as of now you should eat well and feed well but just avoid overeating by eating all they just fix your timings at breakfast lunch dinner I am going to eat avoid eating middle meals and all
