I had a fever n not able to walk can I give my baby breastfeed or can I take any medicine

You can take paracetamol or other medicine and feed also. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
Have Azwain and hing in the morning. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
