I had a cesarean on 3 dec ..so mujhe kab se exercise start karna chaiye..specially for reduce my tummy

A. hi mom u can start exercising after 3 Mon of c section after taking clearance from your treating doctor .. initially start with brisk walk yoga along with strict diet control
