Q.

I had a cesarean about 3 months back. I have reduced about 4-5 kgs and thats baby weight and placenta and etc. Now I am thinking of working out. Can I start cycling for about 30 minutes?

A. After After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months
