Q.

I had a apendix surgery on 30th dec before that my baby was on exclusively breast feeding after surgery i feed her 2-4 times a day now my breast milk has reduced..what should i do to regain breast milk for my baby?

A. Green Vegetables – Vegetables like drumsticks, pumpkin, etc. will help increase your breast milk production.
