I got small lump near anal canal... I previously had anal fissures problem and it is chronic... now am breast feeding my child and that lump is getting worst day by day and painful with bleeding... can I do laser treatment or should I postpone or any other treatment???

A. hi dear mom....your current doctor will be able to guide you accordingly...as they know after examining you wether the surgery can be delayed or not...as you are lactating mom..always consult your doctor before taking any medicine
