Q.
I got my periods only in the initial month after delivery then haven't got my periods after that for the last 7 months. got ultrasound done last week that shows no issue. what to do?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. that's totally normal not to have periods 1 year after delivery no medication is needed till then just maintain good health taking good nutritious diet and proper water intake and use proper contraception to avoid unwanted pregnancy

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Seems normal It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly..
