i got my first period after delivery on 8th june and now i didn't get the next period. i took pregnanct test at home twice it shows negative. i am worried about what is happening.can you tell the reason behind my missing period

A. Hello good morning !! Post delivery irregular periods happens in most ladies due to harmonal issues ,low haemoglobin,stress.. As your pregnancy test is negative wait for 2-3 weeks and consult Gynaecologist . Have protein,iron rich food,good sleep 6-8 hours a day
