I got delivery through normal delivery in January , my baby is 7months old . my weight has come to my pre pregnancy weight , but my mummy tummy is like that only , it is like 5months pregnant . now is there any chance to reduce my mummy tummy , how to do ??

A. add water n fruits ok. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionsee there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.
