Q.

I got delivered on 18 sep till yet I did not get my periods so please recommend the medicine or tell me what should I do

A. Please consult your gynacolegist, he will advise and give the prescription. Follow it, if you are suspecting better buy a preganancy tool and make a confirmation for the preganancy and then you decide as you like.
