Q.

I got COVID 2 months before I conceived. My TSH was 4.24 when my pregnancy was detected. My gynae introduced thyroid medicine. In 13wk my TSH was 1.2. now I am 20wk pregnant and still medicine is going on. Fir how long will this continue?

A. How much thyroxine dosage are you using ? As you are pregnant also do a free t3 and free t4 levels too. Do consult an endocrinologist once and get evaluated for the same
