I give ebm to my baby I store at room temperature for 4 hours means I use to finish within 4 hrs In winters it is safe to give ebm at room temp Do we need to warm the milk by using warmer or boiled water kept in bowl

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, To warm breastmilk, you should place it in a container of hot water where it can absorb heat from some of the surrounding liquid. First, heat up the water, that you are going to use, in a small container. Then, place the container of frozen milk in the container to warm up.
