all babies are growing at their own pace ,so at first please don't compare your child with others.
just keep talking with your child more.
encourage your child by playing different games like peekaboo, pretended play etc.
and it is very important to not allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this stage of age for well development of your child.
