Q.
i get heat rashes and it stays 6-7 months. how can i get rid of it. My skin is oily and dry both. pls let me know is there anything that it wl never come on my face.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please use good brand face wash like MamaEarth face wash to wash your face. Also avoid oily and maida food items and prefer to eat homemade food only. Drink lots of water during the day and eat fiber rich food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Also take vegetable soup and chicken soup. Please use Vitamin C face serum for your face. Also use a good brand sunscreen lotion like MamaEarth for yourself. Please drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for skin and hair.
