I gave watermelon juice to my 4 and half months old baby before 3 days and since 3 days her potty contains small red particles

A. But How can you start giving anything to the child before the correct age it is seven months beginning not for months you cannot even give a drop of water to the child asked for Dr and maybe you gave you that is why I reacted to the body could be a possibility so please get it tested and stop giving anything to the child apart from feeding
