Q.

I gave pulastin syrup which has bilastine and montelukast combination to my child, doctor suggested 4 ml once and mistakenly I gave 4 ml twice like gave 8 ml once, I am quite nervous, what to do, pls suggest

A. a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episode and dthen it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry. it is important thatx in the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines
