I gave paracetamol to my 5 month old kid due to high fever but after that my baby is suffering from stomach gas .any suggestions for this problem

A. you may give neopeptine drops fir gas n avoid giving paracetamol drops empty stomach. burk well after feeding, n it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
