Q.
I gave glycerine suppository to my baby as she did not do potty for 5 days.but after that she is doing potty continuosly after every feeding session.. this is continuing from 4 days.. can you please tell me if it's normal.. if not, what can be done?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctoftr and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening it is very common actually for small children to have constipation I would however recommend you to try to give glycerine suppository again if your child has not passed motions since 4 days
