Q.

I gave birth to my kid on Sep 4.. I got my first periods today 28-oct.. is it normal? will it affect my breast milk secretion?

A. no. keep latching frequently ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Yup Absolutely normal and it is not going to affect your breast feeling because both the things have no connection absolutely at all a lot of women get there period early after their delivery and some skip for longer time but it is not seen having any impact on the milk secretion
