I gave birth to my baby on July 23, 2024, and had my first period on October 21, 2024. However, since then, my period has not occurred, and I am concerned about this. Could you please advise if it is normal to miss a period after delivery, or if further evaluation is needed?

A. Actually even some women resume their periods after their delivery some women have a smooth sailing as a previously was but some women can have disturbance in hormone which is normal which is why sometimes I don’t get periods for two or months and sometimes with a heavy flow so these things are normal so consult your doctor one time for proper medication and that’s normal
