I found two strands of gray hair on my 2.8 year old baby's head....is it a matter of concern?? at the same time she is suffering from fever and cold for the last 1.5 months....

Examine with the paediatrician and seek medical assistance in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine for the child and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
