i found my baby ( 3years 2months old) playing with Lyzol and he now had some patches above lips what should I apply to get clear skin once the upper layer comes out

I Would advise you to consult a dermatologist ones for that they would be able to advise you with the right product that you should be using for that and also it could be due to some allergy as well so better get it checked first it’s not necessary because of what your child was playing with
