Q.

I feel immense pain in my breasts sometimes it feels like my nerves are stretching because of which I can't feed my baby sometimes. Is it normal Or is it becuase I use manual breastbpump to pour out milk when it overflows and my baby is not feeding at the time. And also my milk flows out a lot. What can I do

A. Hi mommy Take enough rest and sleep Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Take a good care Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food Maintain hydration
