I feel dry throat for every day night

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take steam twice a day . Also massage your chest with lukewarm BabyHug mustard oil. You can alao rub Vaporub on your nose and chest area.
Pleae take honey in lukewarm water. Also take Patanjali Shavasari syrup in lukewarm water. you can also take turmeric milk.
