That is completely alright Maam it’s not only you I think maximum women go through this kind of fear and anxiety and stress because it is not easy to have a baby this and you have so many questions in your mind but at the end of the day if you think that you are bringing a life into the world your own baby and you are a woman you’re very strong you can go ahead with it you’ll get a lot of comfort and strengthen yourself to proceed with your delivery and if you’re so scared to start meditating read good understand the process with your doctor that will help you a lot

Do practice some yoga. Be kind to yourself during this significant life transition. If anxiety becomes overwhelming or significantly impacts your ability to function, seek professional help. Don't take stress it will effect you and your baby health Think about your baby that you are going to hold your baby soon. You will feel better stay healthy and happy ! Everything wil be alright .
