I feed my 2 years old boy with papaya and pumpkin. lately i realise his soles and palms are a bit yellow. Should i be concerned

A. No he has been eating for a long time. I think maybe it is a bit overdose

A. it may be allergic reaction.. is the baby taking this foods papaya and pumpkin for the first time.. and getting reaction.. avoid giving or don't continue.. consult the doctor if spreading..
