I feed my 1year kid. but now I feel so week. so what diet should I take for breastfeeding mother

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother you should be having one additional meal as nutritional requirements for breastfeeding mother’s are high. You should have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Non veg foods like chicken, fish and meat. Nuts like almonds. Have adequate fluid intake.

A. kindly suggest me all veg. as I am vegetarian only. and want to ask that pulses can we take in dinner
