i dont have braest milk what i do and which milk give to her

A. Eat garlic, bread and have milk in high quantities then there is a chance of getting milk

A. Hi, If breastfeed is not sufficient for the baby. You can start giving formula milk to the baby. Formula milk is the alternative of breastfeed. There are many good brands like nan, lactogen, similac etc. Consult your pediatrician to know which formula milk suits your baby and fulfills the requirements. Take care. Stay safe.
