I dont eat non veg. My son is 50days old and I have low milk supply. I have tried methi water,garlc and also using lactare and natocare. Is there a y way to increase milk supply

A. Take CurePerium powder with milk or try Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules1, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with hot or cold milk.
