I don't know why but my baby hand is swelling from yesterday's evening I attached the picture of the hand can you please suggest any medication

A. it appears due to some type of allergy or it might be due to insect bite also so it is advisable that you should visit the doctor because if it is not treated it can lead to cellulitis also
