I do not produce breast milk. my milk stopped as the baby couldn't latch due to flat nipple and hence giving him formula. is there any way breast milk can come back

A. use breast pump frequently.. first try to give pumped milk using sangadai or spoon.. don't use bottle.. Then your milk supply will increase.. and then start to latch your baby first for a few minutes and try to latch more often using correct latching techniques... even I had latching issues.. but as for know I am exclusively pumping and giving milk for my little one

A. hi as mother's milk is best food for a child please don't give up easily try different feeding position. offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk. massage your breasts with coconut oil , gently pull out nipples with thumb and pointer finger ,it will help to cure flat nipple. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
