I do have stretch marks till now and my baby is now 3 months old, will it go off any treatment needs to be taken?

Apply bio oil massage regularly
Apply cocoa butter by palmers
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Burp well after every feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Apply coconut oil or aloe Vera gel
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Do abdominal stretching exercise
