i didn't take calcium n iron after delivery to now, is 7 months now. is it fine if i stArt tge course now...

Yes You feel that you are weak are you have any deficiency in the body then you should go ahead with that well I would like to tell you you actually did a mistake you know you should have had it from the very beginning because that really helps a lot in strengthening the body of the mom
