Q.
I didn't have periods after delivery.. now baby is 7month old. and child operation is completed.

take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

as some may get their menstrual cycle started after one year of delivery..
if you are feeding your baby your cycle may get late to start..
this is fine..
