Q.

I did 20mins of moderate workout & 30mins of moderate walking today after a long time.. I had white sticky discharge today after walking... is it normal? I am in my ovulation phase right now..

A. yes normal ok. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusionbetter to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.

A. hi dear Most babies take their first steps sometime between 9 and 12 months and are walking well by the time they're 14 or 15 months old. Don't worry if your child takes a little longer, though. Some perfectly normal children don't walk until they're 16 or 17 months old.
