I delivered to a boy baby last 29th June'23. the issue is that I'm not getting milk. plz advice what should I do to get milk.

A. Increase the amount of fluid protein and fibre is in to your daily diet good amount of lentils and green leafy vegetables is the basic diet plan but Mora fluid should be there and you can also take Shatavari power of three times in a day
