i delivered a girl baby, she is 4 months now few days back i had severe fever shivering at night alone....i took many tablets thats why stopped feeding her.. it was 2- 3 weeks i dint feed her i secreation of milk got stopped my milk not coming! what can be done? 😑

A. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take lactare capsule.
