Q.

I delivered a baby on aug 20th. In the hospital, they gave me the abdominal belt that I didn't use. Can i use it now? will it be any effective now or not?

A. yes start. see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary. aloe vera gel or olive oil massage aid in getting rud of these marks. however it will take few years in to go ok
