I delivered a baby 7 months back, my menstrual cycle is very disturbed, I am having periods in 10 to 15 days. is this normal or I have to consultant a doctor in this regard.

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then you can experience irregular periods or amenorrhea till one year due to hormonal fluctuations.take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
