A. thank you all for your suggestions! made changes to diet for a few days (no non veg, no dry fruits, lots of salads & fruits) + one tablet & one ointment to relax muscles in the area, dahi and yakult or other probiotic to soften stools....did the trick!

A. You should take sitz bath twice everyday and then apply Lox jelly 2% before and after going to loo. This gives much relief. If it's the beginning , I would suggest you to start homeopathic treatment and you will be completely cured. I too faced this problem but got to know later and now I have to undergo surgery this week only.

A. my doc suggested me lacfree syrup...it results in motion to go more in liquid form....due to which fissures do not stretch and heal faster...moreover i was adviced an oral cream that dry fussure easily.
try taking lots of water....and ajwain water is ok....good for digestion....

A. to get relief from constipation, take a lot of fibre rich foods and healthy fluids...
you should take buttermilk, banana, pears, prunes, papaya, oats, brown rice, whole wheat chapatti or pasta, dark green leafy vegetables, beans, warm soups, plums, peaches, spinach, peas, broccoli, sweet potatoes, carrot, spinach, etc...
limit the quantity of milk and other dairy products as they can also cause the constipation... better to avoid it till you get cured...
you should also include hing in your diet...
