I deliverd my baby jan5 through c-section.also I'm a breastfeeding mother..when my periods will return??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. There is lot of variation regarding getting the periods back the lactation amenorrhea up to 1 year sometimes it can be less sometime it can be more also but you had to mention some contraceptive to measures

It will be irregular as long as you are breast feeding your baby
Keep breast feeding your baby as long as you can.
Take sunbath dailY
Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
