i cover my son with Pampers every night for my 5 month son but still his butt was in green is it any infection and his head was full of dust can't clear it up any suggestions

A. that might be birth mark on his butt.. and on head it might be cradle cap.. but it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
